Good film, which made wonder. The film is striking in its history. The film shows this is not an easy life, which befell all the characters in the film (almost all). The role you have coped well. Thanks for putting this out in theaters. I watched it today and I really enjoyed it. I basically stumbled upon it looking for showtimes for another feature (which I skipped to watch this). It is great to see one of your Chinese films back on the big screen in the US. I'm not sure how much it costs for you to release your films theatrically here in this fashion, but as a fan, I would love for you to continue to do so. You are a big screen actor/action star. This is the best way to see you.

This film is really intense and sensitive both through the interpretation of the actors and the direction. I hope USA release will respect the original editing! Good luck Jackie! It was your best drama performance with New Police Story and Crime Story I think!

The Shinjuku Incident gave Jackie a good role of change into dramatic type. It is a very touching story about Chinese migration to Japan for earning a living. Solid storyline with mild action (non-martial art-type of action).

Well, I am disappointed at the number and locations of theaters. Four or five states out of 50? I was really excited to see this in a theater. Guess we wait until dvd release.

From what I understand from the official website, "opening nationwide" is misleading. It will open in select theatres nationwide, so many fans won't be able to see it unless they live in the city where the selected theatre is.

Jackie is a very good actor. Most of the "world" can only see the action figure. Comments stated how violent this movie is. I have viewed it, and it is not any more violent than movies seen on US television. I want to see more movies that depict the real way humanslive, on this earth. How else can we learn about the peoples of the world?
