May 2009, Jackie hosted the Jackie Chan Fans Friendship Tour 2009 in
Beijing, China. The tour included a concert at the Bird's Nest Stadium
and a private fan party/charity auction. Participants have been asked

It was one cold February evening and I was still at work when when the Tentative announcement about Jackie Chan Fans Friendship Tour ´09 appeared. Even if I had not planned my holiday my chief said: „When it concerns about Jackie you can have as much holiday as you need“. After many phone calls with friends from Germany and Austria my amazing adventure began.......
In 2006, when I wrote that I left my heart in Hong Kong I did not suspect that some years later I will be so enchanted again! Beijing is a spectacular metropolis where we can admire the traditional and for us, Europeans even mystical architecture and the dateless bombastic modern buildings as well. And we met wonderful, willing and humble people with golden hearts at every turn. I was totally stunned and it was only the beginning of our amazing and unforgettable stay there.
On May 1 we all were pleasingly tensioned and no one could not wait until the evening to see our idol Jackie singing on the stage. Over 70,000 people visited the concert! It was a tremendous success. I am a music adorer so the concert was a fascinating event for me. It was very touching to see how each artist devoted the whole soul and heart into the performance, there was not any one silent moment. After each astounding song we heard an another one and our loved Jackie was on the stage almost the whole time! His brilliant performance was a gift for our eyes, ears, souls and hearts. Great properties, wonderful shapes completed with an amazing light show and Jackie´s unrepeatable and marvelous singing was always appreciated with a roaring ovation. Pompous end of this unique concert reminded me of the great Olympic ceremonials. When Jackie greeted us his true fans and ran over the whole stadium I cried from emotions. Two days later we went to one big and very good DVD and CD store. I was lucky and I bought Jackie´s music DVD! The other friends immediately asked the very willing young men in the store for the DVD but they said that is was the last one. All Jackie´s music DVDs were sold out and next to the empty place on the shelf many DVDs of another world famous singers were available! This is the next evidence of Jackie´s huge popularity.
On the next day, still overwhelmed of emotions from the concert we entered the greatly decorated Sunflower Ballroom where the fan party was held. Jackie looked great again dressed in a wonderful sky-blue satiny suit and from the beginning we all alleged that there was a great, friendly, pleasant and familiar atmosphere in the room. We could observe Jackie´s every one move from our table, it was something great and special! In spite of the weariness after the concert Jackie was in a festive mood and it carried over us immediately. Many fans me include won valuable products and I was lucky also at the auction-sale. I am a proud owner of a wonderful brown-gold JC Stunt team t-shirt.
Our beloved Jackie sang again his favourite songs to us and we all joined him enthusiastically. Two ladies of our group even sang with Jackie on the stage! Writing these words I still feel all the excitement of the unique and unforgettable evening.
I am very happy for the opportunity to take a photo with great X-Lee who´s work we admire for many years. I was happy by meeting the adorable Jackie´s co-worker Fibe and his lovely assistant Osumi again. Also I would like to thank to wonderful Jack Tu for taking my photo with Jackie and for his lovely conversation with me. I asked him for a photo and he agreed kindly. To his future career I wish him a big success.

I would like to thank to the lovable Cindy Leung from the Towa Travel Service for all her great work and to our very kind tour guide Liu who accompanied us on our excursion of the Great Wall. Thank to his humorous but very instructive advices he introduced us China´s history and life there so we felt like we spent more time there.
We visited also the very stylish JC Café and even now I am moved by all wonderful and kind people there.

I belong to people who always like to return home but I must admit that it did not work this time. My sorrow from the return home arose bad windy and cold weather in comparison with the wonderful warm and sunny weather in Beijing.
In this melancholic mood seeing all the marvelous moments like a movie again and again in my soul I would like to thank our beloved Jackie for time he devoted us, for the amazing program he provided us friendly, kindly and generously. My big thank goes also to the great JC Group.
Dearest Jackie, like the other fans I also hope in another such great meeting in the future. The expectance would heal our sadness that the unforgettable meeting is behind us.
