Jackie Wins Music Award in Beijing

On January 11th, Jackie attended the Beijing Pop Music Awards in Beijing, China. He was presented with a special award for his musical contributions to both the 2008 Olympics and to the Sichuan earthquake victims. Jackie joked that he "finally" received an award for his music. He acknowledged that he's not a professional singer and that he doesn't have the best voice, but that he wants to support his country and its people. At the ceremony he performed "Believe in Yourself", which he says is one of his favorite songs.

While in Beijing, Jackie also attended an event held by Men's Bazaar magazine. He was joined by several of The Disciple competition winners and coordinators.
