Jackie Opens Eye Center for Children

On November 27, Jackie attended an event marking the establishment of the Jackie Chan Children's Eye Center at the Sichuan University Hospital in Chengdu, China. The center is part of the ongoing efforts of the World Eye Organization to prevent and treat eye diseases through education, training, research and the establishment of ophthalmic centers, initially in China and subsequently in other parts of the world. Jackie is the Chairman of their International Advisory Board.
Jackie expressed his hope that children with eye diseases would be cured and thanked the medical team for their hard work.
