The FINAL stop of the tour & a few thoughts…
 
After a few days in Hong Kong, I caught an early morning flight to Tokyo, Japan.

As soon as I landed, my Japanese fans came to welcome me at the airport. Not only did they give me a lot of money for my charity, they gave my babies LA & ZY presents like scarves and drawings of them! I am so touched.

 
That night, of course I had dinner at my favorite restaurant. Here is Nobu, Osumi, Victoria & Dorothy with LA & ZY!

 

The view from my hotel room was beautiful and my assistant kept taking photos. I told her that when she takes a picture, she should be able to tell the story without any words. The shutter made her photo too dark This is the picture she took.
 
Then I separated my two babies so you can see their silhouette first. Then I focused the camera angle to something light, to make sure it was a clear picture, then came back and took a picture of LA & ZY enjoying the view of the Tokyo tower. I didn’t use flash on this photo!

The next day I met up with Jaden and interviews began. Even though it was the same routine as every other country, this one was different because it was the last stop of the promotional tour.

 
It was good to see old friends and new friends in the press audience. I recognized a lot of people that I’ve worked with in the past in Japan.

 
I remember in the past, a lot of photographers would yell and get your attention to get a good picture. Now during the interviews, they don’t take photos anymore because you can hear the sound of the photo being taken. The press is respectful and listens to us when we’re speaking.

 
After one week of not seeing Jaden between France and Japan, I feel like he grew up. I had a conversation with Will and said that if we decide to do Karate Kid 2, or Best Kid 2 (Japan and Korea title) or Kung Fu Dream 2 (China title) – we need to do it quick because Jaden will be taller than me, stronger than me, his arms a little bit longer than me…(haha get the joke? That’s Jaden’s rap part in the Karate Kid song “Never Say Never” with Justin Bieber!) Honestly, I told Will that it needs to be a very good script for us to do part two or else I’d rather just keep what we have and keep it a legacy.

Soon, I got ready for the premiere at the Roppongi Hills Theater. Wow, look at everyone that came out to see us! Sometimes I forget what country I’m in. I just know that this was the last premiere.

 
I really love my fans that have been so dedicated to me and my movies! I know a fan who has supported me since she was a young girl, and now that she’s married and has kids – their whole family supports me too. I am very touched!

 


 


 
When he finished his last interview, his parents came down to congratulate him and everyone clapped! It’s going to be a long time before I see Jaden again. I’m going to miss him and his family so much. I was thinking, what a big accomplishment for a 12 year old. When we first started this movie, he trained so hard that we saw tears in his eyes. Then his whole family moved to China for four months to shoot the movie. Now we spent all this time traveling the world to promote Karate Kid. I think it is the biggest summer movie and the box office is pretty good too! I believe in the future, he will be even bigger than Jackie Chan and Will Smith combined!

 
After my last interview, everybody clapped for me too. My work is never done because I’m going to continue filming and continue doing interviews. I went to eat ramen with my team.

 
I was very happy to put all of my donations together from my Japanese fans. For the last few days in Japan, my fans have been waiting at the hotel, airport and restaurant for hours just to give me charity money. They don’t even want photos or autographs, but to personally give me charity money. I appreciate that so much.

 
Look at all the different yen! Remember, when you donate one dollar, I will pay two dollars [meaning that Jackie keeps the original donations - bills or coins - to display]. In the past, I used to donate one dollar for every dollar you donate, but my fans started sending money that was folded so beautifully, into artwork! So I don’t want to use your money. I will put it in my museum. Instead, I will pay two dollars for every dollar you donate!
 
That night to celebrate, I went to my favorite restaurant again. Actually I wasn’t celebrating my last interview and my last promotional stop, but we were celebrating Kwon Sang Woo’s birthday! He is a very famous actor in Asia.

 
I also cooked for everyone! Since everybody takes care of me all the time, I need to take care of them too!

 
The next day some people started flying out. Some people came to say their goodbyes and hope that we will work together again. Why did I stay? Because I had almost 6 different meetings! Who was in town besides JC Group Japan? JC Group Hong Kong, JC Group USA, JC Group China and JC Group Korea. All I was missing was JC Group Taiwan and Singapore!

 
I can eat at my favorite restaurant every night I’m in Japan. If I’m there for a week, I will eat there every night. Same table, same time, same restaurant. But my friends asked me, “Jackie, tonight can we eat somewhere else? Something else?” So I took them all to Nobu. Here is LA & ZY with their chefs:

 

The next day, I got ready to go to the airport. When I arrived, my fans were already there to say goodbye to me!
 


 
This time, there were so many fans in Japan. Due to everybody’s schedule, we had to cancel many premieres in many countries, even in my hometown of Hong Kong. I’m so happy to be able to make a movie that everyone in the world likes. No matter what country I go to, the reaction from the press and the audience – SAME! The story of Karate Kid is so simple and so touching.
 
The relationship between the paparazzi and celebrities is very interesting. I remember in the past, the paparazzi would take photos of my assistants and I walking down the street and report them as my girlfriends. I understand that the press have their families to feed, because I do too. But I like it when we help each other. For instance, I recently found some photos of me in LA on the Internet. The paparazzi said I was picking up a piece of garbage when a kid threw it on the ground. Whoever said that, thank you for telling the truth! There’s a photo of me and my assistant walking too – but the paparazzi chose to report about the garbage instead of saying that I have a new girlfriend. Everyone in the media has a choice of what to report – report important things. I hope that those photos of me throwing away garbage can teach everyone to make the world a cleaner and better place.
 
Speaking of that, I think technology is AMAZING! I am slowly learning and starting to understand, but I am just so surprised that when I go anywhere with my two babies LA & ZY, people are screaming their names already! People are giving me clothes and pins for them! One of my fans even made his own set of babies and named them Han and Lee, after Mr. Han (Karate Kid) and Inspector Lee (Rush Hour). Fans, if you are also taking stuffed animals around the world, please send me the pictures! I would love to hear your stories, just like I hope you like to hear LA & ZY’s stories!
 
I want to say a big thank you to Sony Pictures and Overbrook. When they asked me how many people I was going to bring on this tour, I only said three: my agent and my two assistants. In the past, I used to have 20 people in my entourage. I told Sony that I wanted to save them money because I know that Will Smith’s team was going to take care of my team and me. Their security became my security. Their hair and makeup helped me. Their videographer helped me record messages on the road. Their photographer taught me about different computer software for organizing pictures. When we didn’t have enough people to carry luggage, they would help us out. They even helped me take care of LA & ZY!
 
Since the very beginning, we were one big family. If someone left something on the plane or in the car, someone else would always make sure that they would return it back to the person. When the Smiths came to China, I threw my assistant over to their team because she spoke English and Chinese and could help them and make things more efficient.
 
Will, Jada, Jaden & Willow – I love you guys. Come back to China to visit me anytime! When you’re in China, you’re in my hood. Call me! Love you guys!

宣传之旅的最后一站，还有一些感想...

 

在香港逗留了几天之后，我就乘搭早机去日本飞往东京。

航班到地之后，看到很多日本影迷来机场迎接我。他们不但捐了很多钱给我的慈善计划，他们也送了很多礼物给我两只宝贝熊猫LA和ZY，例如颈巾和画像等礼物! 真的很感动。

到了晚上，我当然去了我最喜欢的餐馆吃饭。我也带著Nobu，Osumi，Victoria，Dorothy，还有LA和ZY一起用膳!

酒店客房外面的景色非常漂亮，我助手也不停地在房里拍照。我跟她说，当你拍照的时候，你的照片应该不用文字而能说一个故事。可是，她相机的快门设置令她拍下的照片太暗了。这是她拍下的照片:

首先，我把两个宝贝熊猫和背景分开，直到看到它们的轮廓。然后，我把相机角度与一些光的东西对焦，确保镜头清楚。之后，我就拍下LA和ZY在欣赏东京铁塔的情景。跟你们说，拍摄这张照片的时候，我没有用闪光灯!

第二天跟Jaden会合之后，我们又开始接受访问的工作。虽然今次的工作程序跟以往在其它国家的工作程序都是一样，但是今次的感觉有些不同，因为这是我们全球宣传工作之游的最后一站。

今天很高兴，因为出席记者招待会的时候，看到很多老朋友和新朋友。我也认得很多曾经跟我在日本合作过的朋友。

我还记得以前接受媒体访问的时候，很多摄影师都会大声呼喊，希望得到你的主意，然后拍下一张靓照片。但现在做访问的时候，他们不再拍照了，因为听到相机拍照的声音。这里的媒体朋友很有礼貌，很恭敬，而且对我们说话也洗耳恭听。

自从我们离开法国到现在在日本，已经有整整一个星期没有见过贾登(Jaden)，他好像成长了很多。我与威尔(Will)一起聊天，并且商谈如果我们真的想拍摄《功夫梦2》(中国电影名)，或是《功夫小子2》(Karate Kid 2 - 欧美电影名)，或是《好小子2》(Best Kid 2 - 日本及韩国电影名) - 我们的行动一定要快，因为不用多久，贾登会高过我，强过我，而且手臂也会长过我... (哈哈，你们明白我的意思吗? 这是贾登和Justin Bieber合唱《功夫梦》主题曲里，贾登说唱的歌词!) 不瞒你说，我很坦白跟威尔说，如果我们真的要拍续集的话，剧本一定要非常好。如果不是，我宁愿不拍续集，保持现在的良好成绩。

之后，我准备前往六本木新城戏院，出席日本首映礼。到达目的地时，哗，见到很多朋友专程来看我们! 有时候，我真的忘了自己在那个国家。但我知道，这次出席《功夫梦》首映礼是我们的最后一次。

我十分喜爱我的影迷，因为他们对我和我的表演都是不离不弃，一直以来都是支持我，鼓励我，令我很感动。 我认识一位影迷，她从很小的时候已经开始支持我，现在她已婚了，而且有了孩子 - 她全家都很支持我。我真是很感动!

第二天，我和贾登终于完成了访问工作。

当贾登完成他最后的访问之后，贾登父母来了祝贺他，而大家也给他热烈的掌声! 这次一别，不知道何时又可以跟贾登见面。我真的会很想念他和他全家。其实，我心理一直在想，这位12岁小孩的成就真的不小。我们开拍这部电影的时候，我是看到他很努力地苦练功夫，我也看到他热泪盈眶。之后，为了拍摄电影，他全家搬去中国四个月。现在，我们一起为《功夫梦》环游世界做宣传工作。我估计，这部电影是暑假最热门的电影之一，而且票房的成绩也非常理想! 我相信，将来贾登的名气和声望将会胜过我成龙和威尔史密斯合拼的名誉!

完成了最后的访问之后，在场的人也为我鼓掌。其实，我的工作永远不会做完，因为我要继续拍摄其它电影和继续做房间。之后，我和工作人员一起去食拉面。

收到日本影迷的捐款，让我感到很高兴。我在日本的最后几天，我见到影迷们，为了想捐钱给我的慈善计划，他们在酒店，机场，甚至餐馆里等我等了几个小时。他们没有要与我拍摄或签名，他们只想把善款亲手交给我。我真是很感激他们。

看看这里不同的日元! 不知道大家还记得吗，你们每捐一元，我会捐两元 (我会把你们捐给我的原币 - 硬币或纸币 - 收藏起来，放在博物馆里)。以前你们每捐一元，我也同样捐一元，但后来，很多影迷寄给我的钱都折得很美丽，就像艺术品一样! 我不想用你们折好的钱；我将会放在我的博物馆里。所以，为了补充你们的捐款，你们每捐一元，我会捐两元!

到了晚上，我又去了我最喜欢的餐馆食饭庆祝。其实，我不是庆祝宣传工作的最后一站或是最后的访问，我是为权相佑庆祝生日! 他是一位著名的亚洲演员。

我也为大家煮餐! 其实，大家一直都很照顾我，所以我也要好好照顾他们!

第二天，有些剧组人员开始离开日本了。我跟他们说再见，还希望将来有机会再次合作。大家可能想问，为何我不走呢? 因为我还有六个会议要开! 除了日本成龙集团之外，还有谁在日本等著我? 就是香港成龙集团，美国成龙集团，中国成龙集团，还有韩国成龙集团的工作人员。只有台湾和新加坡成龙集团没有来!

其实，我很喜欢在日本的日子，因为我可以晚晚去我最喜欢的餐馆食饭。如果我在这里住足一个星期，我可以连续七晚去这个餐馆食饭。同一张台，同一个时间，同一间餐馆，简直是百吃不厌。但是，有一位朋友问我，"大哥，我们今晚可不可以去另外一个餐馆食饭吗? 可以食不同的东西吗?" 所以我带他们去Nobu餐厅。LA和ZY也与大厨师拍照:

第二天，我们一行人启程前往机场，准备离开日本。到达机场时，已经见到很多影迷等著我，想跟我说再见!

他们又给我很多漂亮的画，信件，还有给我慈善计划的捐款。在此想衷心说声多谢，还有我两只宝贝LA和ZY也要感谢你们！！

今自在日本，我看到很多影迷来支持我们。由于要符合大家的工作安排，我们取消了很多国家的首映礼活动，包括我自己的故乡香港。其实，能够制造一部大家喜欢的电影已经让我感到非常高兴。无论我去到那个国家，传媒和观众的反应都是一样！《功夫梦》的故事既简单又感人。

够仔队和明星之间的关系其实都很有趣。我还记得以前，我和助手一起行街的时候，够仔队会拍下我们的照片，然后在报导写我们是情侣。其实，我都了解他们的情况，他们有老婆仔女要照顾，我何况也一样。但是，我比较喜欢我们互相帮助。例如，我最近在网上发现我在洛杉矶的照片。够仔队在网上写，我在街上执垃圾，因为看到小朋友随手丢垃圾。我不知道这篇文章是谁写的，但是我想在此衷心说声谢谢，谢谢你讲真实说话! 网上也有我和助手一起行街的照片，但是够仔队选择报导关于垃圾的事儿，不是写我有新女朋友。其实，每一位记者朋友都有选择怎样写报导的权利 - 到不如写一些有意义和重要的事情。我也希望那些拍著我执垃圾的照片能鼓励和教导大家，要保护我们的地球，令地球变得更干净，更美好。

还有，我真是觉得现在的科技太神奇了! 虽然我在慢慢学，而且也开始明白多一些，但是我真的感到很惊讶，因为无论我去到那里，你们已经认识我两只宝贝LA和ZY，并且尖叫它们的名字! 你们也送很多衣服和胸针给它们! 有一位影迷朋友，自己也制造了一对宝贝，并帮它们改名为Han和Lee， 就是《功夫梦》的韩(Han)先生，还有《火拼时速》的李(Lee)督察。影迷们，如果你也有带著布公仔环游世界的习惯，记住把你们拍下的照片寄给我看! 我很想听听你们的故事，就像你想听LA和ZY的故事一样!

我想在这里向索尼影视娱乐公司(Sony Pictures)和Overbrook公司说声谢谢。其实，我们还未开始宣传工作之前，他们曾经问过我，我打算带著多少人同行，我跟他们说，只会带著三个人: 经理人和两位助手。以前为电影做宣传工作的时候，我通常会带著20位人员同行。但这次我跟索尼公司说，我想为他们悭钱，因为我知道威尔史密斯的工作人员也会很照顾我和我的工作人员。他的保安也会成为我的保安。他的化妆师和剪发师会帮我化妆剪发。在宣传的途中，他的录影师也帮我录音和信息。他的摄影师也教我使用不同的电脑软件，帮我整理好电脑的照片。当我们不够人手搬运行李的时候，他的工作人员也会过来帮手。而且，他们还帮我照顾LA和ZY!

由始至终，我们就像一个大家庭一样。如果有人在机上或车上忘了带东西，永远都有另外一个人把东西物归原主。当史密斯一家来到中国的时候，我把自己的助手调去他们的小组，因为助手懂得中英对白，所以她能有效地帮助他们办事。

Will, Jada, Jaden & Willow - 我很爱你们。我随时都欢迎你回来中国探望我！你们在中国的时候，就像在我的地头一样。所以记住通知我！爱你们！
